I did manage to snap a nice clear shot of the Scarf From Hell which has found a nice home with my friend Olivia.
Scarf from Hell
pattern: the Harry Potter PoA scarf from atypically.net... only managed 10 stripes though
needles: 4.25 mm
yarn: Cascade 220... not sure about the colors but 3 skeins of the blue and 1 skein of the white (only used half)
Some of you may be curious as to why this was the "scarf from hell." Well, first, it was over 28,000 stitches of stockinette. YES. And secondly, it was of the infernal colors of the Dodger Blue and White. Blegh. But Olivia liked it so I guess it is all right.
Remember these?

Vintage Beaded Gloves
pattern: from Handknit Holidays
alterations: Didn't use beads
needles: 2.00 mm
yarn: Blue Skies Alpaca and Silk
And currently I'm still working on my mother's gift, the Twilight Lace.
I've actually made even more progress. I have to say though, I could not get 16 repeats out of 227 yards of Rowan Kid Silk Night. I couldn't even get 15! I only managed halfway through the point before I had to break into the second skein. Sigh. I think I'll only try 11 repeats on the second skein before decreasing.
I'm also working on this INFERNAL hat for my friend. I stupidly decided to try to knit a hat in fingering weight. What was I thinking?!
More pictures and such to come when there's daylight... It's break now and I'm surrounded by yarn! But no needles. Stupid girl.
